water165907187Here is an exhibition, far from home, which makes its visitors aware of the importance of water, for nature, for society, but also and above all for human beings.

Especially if we see what is happening at the moment in Dakar, where there is a shortage of drinking water.

Offered in French and Vietnamese, this photographic exhibition is intended for the general public, but more specifically for young children, students and families.

This interactive and fun exhibition is organized around 3 themes: "water and life", "water and people", "water and societies". It invites visitors to follow the surprising journey of water through 21 islands: from its cosmic birth to its arrival on Earth, from its omnipresence in the evolution of life, to the way in which it accompanies us in such an intimate and indispensable way, from the need to preserve it for future generations...

An immersive scenic route places the visitor in a sculpted landscape, inspired by the natural shapes carved out by water. It is along this route, like the bed of a river, that he will discover the topics covered, through innovative devices.

After presentation in various French cities, this time, the "Eau expo" is organized from October 4, 2013 to January 30, 2014 at the Thang Long Heritage Conservation Center at 9, Hoang Dieu Street, Ba Dinh district in Hanoi, by the Toulouse Museum with the support of the city of Hanoi, the city of Toulouse and EDF.

This temporary exhibition not only echoes the World Water Forum which was organized last June, it is also part of the France-Vietnam 2013 year which celebrates the 40th anniversary of the establishment of relations. diplomatic relations between France and Vietnam. -VNA
